🇪🇸 Bases legales: Concurso ‘#PhobosMVP’

1.- ASPECTOS GENERALES DE PARTICIPACIÓN

Gunstar Studio S.L. con domicilio social en Sevilla, Calle Camino de los Descubrimientos, Pabellón de Francia, Sótano -2, 17, inscrita en el Registro Mercantil de Sevilla, al tomo 9764, folio 159, sección 8ª, hoja Nº M15686, provista de C.I.F. B-90315383 y con dirección de correo electrónico gunstarstudio@gmail.com, tiene previsto realizar un concurso que se desarrollará de conformidad con lo establecido en las presentes bases.

La actividad se denominará Concurso ‘#PhobosMVP’, tendrá lugar en todo el territorio Europeo desde las 12:30h del 13 de julio de 2018 hasta una fecha límite del día 31 de diciembre a las 23:59 de 2018 y se desarrollará a través de las cuentas de Twitter de Gunstar Studio (https://twitter.com/GunstarStudio) y Phobos Vector Prime (https://twitter.com/PhobosVPrime), y la cuenta oficial de Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/GunstarStudio/), todas estas pertenecientes a Gunstar Studio S.L..

2.- REQUISITOS DE PARTICIPACIÓN

Para participar en la actividad, los usuarios tendrán que compartir en sus cuentas de Twitter o Facebook un vídeo de gameplay del nuevo Modo Supervivencia incluido en la actualización Retro Waves Update (versión 01.02 de Phobos Vector Prime: The First Ring). El vídeo en cuestión ha de cumplir con los siguientes criterios:

  • Que contenga al menos el último minuto del combate de forma ininterrumpida.

  • Que incluya la pantalla final de puntuación donde se aprecien claramente la puntuación final, el rango, el tiempo de juego y la oleada en la que han destruido su nave.

  • Que la publicación compartida incluya el hashtag #PhobosMVP

Podrán participar todas aquellas personas físicas, mayores de 18 años, que compartan el vídeo de la forma estipulada.

3.- PREMIOS Y CONDICIONES

Todos aquellos que participen correctamente podrán recibir los siguientes premios a medida que se vayan consiguiendo los siguientes hitos de participación:

· 25 Participantes: Póster de Phobos Vector Prime firmado por los desarrolladores para el participante con la puntuación más alta.

· 50 Participantes: Código de 3 meses de suscripción a PS Plus para el participante con la puntuación más alta.

· 100 Participantes: Revista Manual del número disponible en el momento de la entrega del premio para el participante con la puntuación más alta.

· 250 Participantes: Tarjeta regalo Game valorada en 30€ para el participante con la puntuación más alta.

· 300 Participantes: Tarjeta prepago PlayStation Network valorada en 30 €, para el participante con la puntuación mas alta.

· 500 Participantes: Posibilidad de diseñar un enemigo básico de Phobos Vector Prime para el participante con la puntuación mas alta.

· 1000 Participantes: Posibilidad de diseñar un final boss de Phobos Vector Prime para el participante con la puntuación mas alta

· 1500 Participantes: Auriculares para PlayStation 4 para el participante con la puntuación mas alta

· 2000 Participantes: Videoconsola PlayStation 4, para el participante con la puntuación mas alta.

Cada vez que se supere un hito, se reiniciará la cuenta de la puntuación. Es decir, un usuario no podrá ganar varios premios con la misma puntuación, sino que cada hito tendrá su propio récord.

5.- CONFIDENCIALIDAD Y PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS

Al participar en esta competición, estás proporcionando tu información a Gunstar Studio S.L. además de cediendo los derechos de las imágenes subidas para su utilización en los medios oficiales de Gunstar Studio. Estas imágenes no serán utilizadas con fines publicitarios en medios pagados. Los datos personales no serán conservados en ninguna base de datos de Gunstar Studio S.L. y serán destruidos una vez terminada la promoción.

6.- COMUNICACIÓN AL GANADOR

Los ganadores se irán anunciando a través de un post de Twitter y otro de Facebook. El equipo de Gunstar Studio se pondrá en contacto con ellos a través de Twitter y Facebook una vez se haya publicado. Este tendrá 24 horas para confirmar sus datos. De no hacerlo, se contactará con el correspondiente suplente para empezar de nuevo este proceso. En caso de que no podamos contactar con los ganadores ni suplentes en el plazo establecido (tres intentos), procederemos a anular el premio correspondiente.

7.- DESCRIPCIÓN Y ENTREGA DE PREMIOS

Cada premio se otorgará el mismo día que se alcance esa cantidad de participantes al participante que haya obtenido la puntuación mas alta y la haya publicado en redes antes de las 23:59 de ese mismo día. En caso de que haya un empate en puntuación, oleada, tiempo, rango y estrellas lo recibirá el participante que haya realizado la publicación primero en redes. Los gastos de envío solo están incluidos en territorio nacional, incluyendo las Islas Canarias y Baleares. Gunstar Studio S.L. pedirá a los ganadores los datos necesarios para poder enviarles su premio. En caso de que el ganador rechace el premio, se anulará el mismo. En ningún caso se canjeará por otro premio o dinero en metálico.

8.- DESCALIFICACIONES Y PENALIZACIONES

Gunstar Studio S.L. se reserva el derecho a cancelar la actividad en caso de que se compruebe que algún jugador ha actuado de forma fraudulenta, así como de la posibilidad de dar de baja o descalificar a usuarios que incumplan las reglas de la actividad.

Asimismo, Gunstar Studio S.L. se exonera de la responsabilidad ante el incumplimiento de un participante o ante el uso que el participante pueda hacer con el premio recibido, de tal forma no se hace responsable en caso de que el ganador hiciera un mal uso del premio o incumpliera lo dispuesto en las bases legales.

10.- ACEPTACIÓN DE LAS BASES

The activity will be called Contest ‘#PhobosMVP’, will take place throughout the European territory from 12:30 pm on July 13, 2018 until a deadline of December 31 at 23:59 of 2018 and will be developed through the Twitter accounts of Gunstar Studio (https://twitter.com/GunstarStudio) and Phobos Vector Prime (https://twitter.com/PhobosVPrime), and the official Facebook account (https://www.facebook.com / GunstarStudio /), all of these belonging to Gunstar Studio SL.

2.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

To participate in the activity, users will have to share in their Twitter or Facebook accounts a gameplay video of the new Survival Mode included in the Retro Waves Update (version 01.02 of Phobos Vector Prime: The First Ring). The video in question must meet the following criteria:

  • Must contains at least the last minute of the battle uninterrupted.

  • Must includes the final scoring screen where the final score, the rank, the time of game and the wave in which they have destroyed their ship are clearly appreciated.

  • The shared publication must includes the hashtag #PhobosMVP

Can participate all natural persons, over 18 years old, who share the video in the stipulated manner.

3.- PRIZES AND CONDITIONS

All those who participate correctly can receive the following prizes as the following milestones of participation are achieved:

  • 25 Participants: Phobos Vector Prime poster signed by developers for the participant with the highest score.

  • 50 Participants: Code of 3 months of subscription to PS Plus for the participant with the highest score.

  • 100 Participants: Manual Magazine of the number available at the time of awarding the prize for the participant with the highest score.

  • 250 Participants: Gift card Game valued at € 30 for the participant with the highest score.

  • 300 Participants: PlayStation Network prepaid card valued at € 30, for the participant with the highest score.

  • 500 Participants: Possibility of designing a basic enemy of Phobos Vector Prime for the participant with the highest score.

  • 1000 Participants: Possibility of designing a final boss of Phobos Vector Prime for the participant with the highest score

  • 2000 Participants: Playstation 4 game console, for the participant with the highest score.

    Each time a milestone is exceeded, the score account will be restarted. That is, a user can not win several prizes with the same score, but each milestone will have its own record.

5.- CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION

By participating in this competition, you are providing your information to Gunstar Studio S.L. in addition to transferring the rights of the uploaded images for use in the official media of Gunstar Studio. These images will not be used for advertising purposes in paid media. Personal data will not be stored in any database of Gunstar Studio S.L. and will be destroyed once the promotion is finished.

6.- COMMUNICATION TO THE WINNER

The winners will be announced through a post on Twitter and another on Facebook. The Gunstar Studio team will contact them through Twitter and Facebook once it has been published. This will have 24 hours to confirm your data. Otherwise, the corresponding substitute will be contacted to begin this process again. In case we can not contact the winners or substitutes within the established period (three attempts), we will proceed to cancel the corresponding prize.

7.- DESCRIPTION AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES

Each prize will be awarded on the same day that this number of participants is reached to the participant who has obtained the highest score and has published it in networks before 23:59 that same day. In case there is a tie in score, wave, time, rank and stars, the participant who has made the first publication in networks will receive it. Shipping costs are only included in national territory, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands. Gunstar Studio S.L. 8.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

Gunstar Studio S.L. reserves the right to cancel the activity in case it is proven that a player has acted fraudulently, as well as the possibility of removing or disqualifying users who violate the rules of the activity.

Also, Gunstar Studio S.L. is exempt from liability for the failure of a participant or for the use that the participant may make with the prize received, so it is not responsible if the winner misuses the prize or fails to comply with the provisions of the legal bases.
